‘Chicken Cha Cha: I Don’t Want to Wash My Hands!’ Wins Coveted Royal Dragonfly Book Award

CHANDLER, AZ (November, 2014) – The judges of the Royal Dragonfly Book Awards contest, which recognizes excellence in literature, have spoken, and Chicken Cha Cha: I Don’t Want to Wash My Hands! by Anna Phang (illustrated by Debbi. P.), won Honorable Mentions in the CHILDREN’S PICTURE BOOKS 5 & YOUNGER category.

“Winning any place in the Royal Dragonfly Contest is a huge honor because in order to maintain the integrity of the Dragonfly Book Awards, a minimum score is required before a First or Second place or Honorable Mention will be awarded to the entrant – even if it is the sole entry in a category,” explains Linda Radke, president of Five Star Publications, the sponsor of the Dragonfly Book Awards. “Competition is steep, too, because there is no publication date limit as long as the book is still in print.”

Chicken Cha Cha: I Don’t Want to Wash My Hands! is an adorable book on the importance of hand washing with a surprise twist at the end. It retails for S$18.08 and can be purchased at major bookstores in Singapore, https://www.facebook.com/chickenchacha and https://chickenchacha.wordpress.com/. Readers’ Favorite 5 Stars Review

Chicken Cha Cha – I Don’t Want to Wash My Hands by Anna Phang is the cutest book with a very important and valuable lesson about theneed to always wash your hands. The characters are adorable, and I love the exciting and fun illustrations by Debbi P.

I think this book is so well worth the money because children will learn the valuable lesson of hygiene and cleanliness. This would be a fantastic book for any classroom of small children, and what fun teachers will have reading this story to their class and acting out these characters. I highly recommend Chicken Cha Cha – I Don’t Want to Wash My Hands by Anna Phang. – Book Review by Joy Hannabass (5 Stars).
